Tapping During a Crisis

Let's face it. There is no denying that we are living in times that most of us have not expected to experience. The fact is changes are happening so fast, too fast to our comfort level. With that, inevitably comes fear and stress from many different angles. 

What is the best things we can do right now? What's under our control now? Having been studying traumas, fears and recovery I personally believe that it is important now than ever, to manage our stress and fear.  

EFT Tapping is one of the quickest, simplest and most effective ways to do so. If you are new to EFT, I hope you would at least give it a try. If you are experienced, let's continue to chip off stress and/or slowdown further buildup.

What is Tapping?

Tapping is a nerve calming, de-stressing, energy balancing tool that is very easy to learn and apply.

Tapping helps calm down the sympathetic nervous system, and increases the relaxation response, which helps people find their best selves.

Tapping is freely available for anyone as long as they remember to tap.

Effectively used in classrooms or workplaces, it helps to facilitate a calmer environment, increased empathy, increased emotional resiliency, improved test scores and performances, and much more.

When used in private sessions, Tapping helps to regulate emotions, alter the perception of uncomfortable sensations and traumatic memories, thus making it one of the safest, easiest and most effective tools for emotional management.

Scientific research of tapping's effectiveness?

The effectiveness of stimulating Chinese acupuncture points that exist all over our body has been proven for many thousands of years. EFT uses some of the most powerful points. All we need is a few fingers to tap around the indicated points for some time, perhaps anywhere between 4-10 times.

Kids can make better decisions when they are calm. It's not surprising to find kids being overly stressed and anxious these days. All the daily stress can add up in students' mind and bodies.
What better way to start teaching children/students to tap their stresses out. Tapping help to not just create calmer schools, it also helps create healthier individuals.
